Over five (5) years of its operation, the Benjamini William Mkapa HIV/AIDS Foundation (BMAF) has experienced growth of its programs and coverage area in complementing government efforts in strengthening HIV/AIDS and other health services through health systems strengthening. its continuous efforts in fulfilling this commitment and to making itself sustainable, BMAF is looking for two technical staffs that are self-motivated, committed to growth and seeks excellence in execution.

HEALTH SERVICES DELIVERY PROGRAM MANAGER

Reports : Director of Programs
Department: Program
Duty Station : BMAF Head Office, Dar es Salaam

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in managing HIV/AIDS, maternal health and related health services delivery projects
• Evidence based understanding of related operational policies, guidelines, systems and processes at both central and local government context in Tanzania
• Demonstrated experience working with Donors-funded projects
• Strong values-based leadership skills, with the ability to effectively work with teams
• Strong command in both verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Highest levels of personal and professional integrity

HEAD -RESOURCE MOBILIZATION

Reports : Chief Executive Officer
Department: Resource Mobilization Unit
Duty Station : Head Office, Dar es Salaam

Qualifications:

• Masters' Degree in Social Science, Public Health, economic or Business administration/marketing
• 5-7 years working experience in related field
• Experience in writing reports and grants application
  
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili preferred
  
• Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with corporate and international communities
  
• Computer proficiency in word processing, various search engines and databases
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to lead a team
