Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) is a company limited by guarantee, established in 1996 to facilitate the Government's implementation of the economic reforms and enabling the private sector to raise capital. The key role of the DSE in the economy is the mobilization of resources and directing them to the productive sectors of the eonomy.

THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have a postgraduate Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration from a recognized University

- Minimum of five years working experience in a senior management position

- Must be a mature person of not less than 30 years of age

- Must have exposure in capital markets operations and reasonable of Stock Exchanges operations

- Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders

- Must possess strategic and analytically skills

- Must have high level of personal integrity and ethical character

REMUNERATION

The successful applicant will be appointed on a three years contract period, which may be renewed subject to good performance.
