African Barrick Gold (ABG) is a leading gold mining company, listed in the London Stock Exchange. It is the largest gold mining company in Tanzania with a portfolio of four operating gold mines, Bulyanhulu, North Mara, Tulawaka and the Buzwagi and several exploration and development projects, located across Tanzania.

 

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER - (1 POST)

REPORTING LINE : SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

LOCATION : NORTH MARA MINE SITE, TARIME, MARA

WORK SCHEDULE : ROTATION STATUS (6 weekson; 3 weeks off)

QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree qualification in Human Resource or any field from recognized higher learning institution

- 2-3 years experience in Human Resource function

- Good understanding of business principles

- Knowledge of Human Resource practices in all functional areas

- Good computer skills and knowledge of Oracle application is an added advantage

- Valid Tanzanian Driving License
