BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
This position serves under the supervision of the Administrative Manager as an Administrative Assistant for CDC –Tanzania and performs general administrative duties. Additionally, the incumbent has the responsibility of maintaining the administrative filing system by, coordinating and documenting all personnel related activities of CDC Tanzania.

2. TRAINING COORDINATOR

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
Key role player in the implementation of the U.S Security Cooperation Program for Tanzania in accordance wit the Theater Campaign Plan and Mission Strategic Plan. Responsible for maintaining the security cooperation relationship between the Tanzania Military, government ministries and synchronizing theater, interagency and international goals. Assists in developing, planning and coordinating the execution of African Contigency Operations Training and Assistance; Senior Leader Engagements; Foreign Military Financing (FMF) grants; International Military Education and Training; (IMET) Military-to-Military (M2M) engagements; Humanitarian Assistance projects; Africa Partnership Station events; Responsible for a spending budget of $ 1.5 Million in IMET, Counter Terrorism fellowship Program (CTFP) and FMF. Provides military advice to Department of Defense (DoD) personnel.
