WORLD WIDE FUND (WWF) TANZANIA

WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) -the International conservation organization - is seeking competent and motivated Programme Accountants for its office in Tanzania to be based in Dar es Salaam and in its Field Offices.

Also is seeking a competent and motivated Project Executant for Community Based Natural Resources Management Project, based in Mpanda -Katavi Region.

PROGRAMME ACCOUNTANT (6 POSTS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field; Full accounting qualification i.e CPA, ACCA or equivalent will be an added advantage

• Three to five years of working with financial/ accounting systems experience in a major international organisation/ NGO
• Good knowledge of fund accounting (including reporting requirements of major Bi-lateral Aid Agencies i.e USAID accounting); Hands-on knowledge of major ERP software would be a distinct advantage
• Fluent in English and Swahili; available to travel in the country and outside.

PROJECT EXECUTANT, CBNRM MPANDA

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in Wildlife and/ or Natural Resources Management or Policy Analysis from recognized University;
• Competence in Project Management with at least five (5) years working experience in similar position
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
