GOLD PLANT ENGINEER (1 POST)
Reporting Line : Gold Plant Manager
Location : North Mara Mine Site, Tarime, Mara
Work Schedule : Rotation Status (6 weeks on, 3 weeks off)
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Engineering or Registered Professional Certified Engineer would be advantageous
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Ms Office Suite and Mine Business Systems
- Valid Tanzanian Driver's License
- Professional English Speaking and writing skills
- Presentation skills
- Minimum 8 years Maintenance Engineer level or higher with experience in Mining Industy and preferable in Process Plant environment
- Minimum 5 years experience in compiling and/or managing maintenance budgets
- Experience with zero Based Budgeting systems and processes
- Experience managing or supervising an equipment reliability program
