• 5 Years working experience in similar role in manufacturing environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 Years working experience working in manufacturing environment
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili
• Computer literate

3. HEAVY DUTY COMMERCIAL DRIVER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ordinary level and holding a valid driving license in Class C
• 5 Years working experience as a heavy duty commercial driver
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili
• A certificate in Defensive Driving Course will be an added advantage

SMALL ENTREPRENEURS LOAN FACILITY II (SELF II) PROJECT

The Government of United Republic of Tanzania is implementing the Small Entrepreneurs Loan Facility (SELF) Project, jointly funded by the Government and the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group. SELF addresses one of the initiatives proposed under the pillars of the National Strategy of Poverty, namely the Growth and Reduction of Income Poverty. Thus, the Project's primary objective is to improve access of the poor in rural and urban areas to Micro-finance services through the provision of Financial Services and Institutional Capacity Building. SELF delivers its loans to the rural and urban poor primarily through intermediary institutions.

The SELF Project is now in its second phase, and is looking for motivated, experienced and qualified candidates to fill vacant positions existing in the Project.

1. CREDIT OFFICERS (2 POST)
LOCATION : Dar es Salaam and Mwanza Financial Hub
APPOINTING AND DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY : Project Manager
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS :-
(a) Reports to : Project Manager
(b) Supervises : Subordinate Staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holder of Masters Degree in Finance or Economics with at least five years experience or Bachelors Degree in Finance or Economics with at least ten years experience in credit operations of a reputable organization.
• Must be computer literate especially in Office applications and knowledge on the use of standard software or those used primarily for loan administration shall be an advantage.

2. ADMINISTRATIVE AND LOGISTICS OFFICER
LOCATION : Zonal Financial Hub, Mwanza
APPOINTING AND DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY : Project Manager
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS :-
(a) Reports to : Credit Officer at Mwanza Financial Hub
(b) Supervise : Driver Cum office attendants

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Holder of Diploma in Human Resource Management or Accounting or equivalent qualifications
• One year relevant experience, with administrative and accounting work in a similar position
• Must be ICT literate with advanced knowledge of computer applications

3. DRIVER
LOCATION : Zonal Financial Hub, Mwanza
APPOINTING AND DISCIPLINARY AUTHORITY : Project Manager
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS :-
Reports to : Credit Officer of Financial Hub

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have completed form IV with a Secondary Education Certificate.
• In addition, must have a clean Class "C" Drivers License plus Trade Test Grade I
• At least five years experience as driver

Terms of Employment and Remuneration:-
The successful candidates will be employed on a two-year renewable contract with attractive remuneration package applicable to the positions advertised.
