KCB BANK is a leading Banking group in East African Region, known for its diversity and growth potential. The bank commands a large branch network which is KCB Bank Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Rwanda and Burundi as its Subsidiaries.

KCB Bank Tanzania was established in 1997 and currently has a total of 11 branches, six in Dar es Salaam and one each in Arusha, Moshi, Morogoro, Mwanza and Zanzibar.

KCB Bank Tanzania is seeking to recruit dynamic and results oriented individuals to fill the management postitions and so join a first paced and rapid expanding bank.

CREDIT MANAGER -HEAD OFFICE

QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree from a recognized institution, Master Degree will be an added advantage
- At least (3) years experience in Banking Industry
- Should have knowledge of credit & non performing debts policies and other regulatory requirement e.g BOT Prudential guideline
- Knowledge of securities documentation and legal remedies available to the bank
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Financial and analytical skills
- Basic IT skills

CREDIT ADMINISTRATOR

QUALIFICATIONS
- Members at least (3) years experience in Banking Industry
