BACK OFFICE CONTROLLER
REPORTS TO : OPERATIONS MANAGER WITH DOTTED LINES TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
DUTY STATION : DAR ES SALAAM

POSITION SUMMARY
This is a mid-level Managerial position, you will be responsible for the day to day running of TALL back office (primarily documentation and other interlinked sub-departments) the goal is to provide and maintain a highly efficient, effective customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor/ Diploma in logistics/ Business Management or similar field
- Experience working with reputable shipping/ logistic company
- Ability to understand, plan and implement established processes and procedures
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure and tight schedules/ deadlines
- High level of interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and Swahili language
- Experience working in commercial and multicultural environment
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Advanced knowledge of computer applications
