Plan Tanzania works with 32,900 sponsored children, their families and their communities implementing programmes at grassroots level in health, education, water and sanitation, income generation and building relationship across cultures.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION COORDINATORS (2 POST)
KISARAWE AND IFAKARA
QUALIFICATIONS:-
- A Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university
- At least 3 years practical work experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Demonstrated skills in usage of statistical packages and experience in Participatory methodologies
- Proven understanding of programming concepts and Human Rights Approaches to Development
- Strong analytical and logical ability
- Good knowledge of programming processes, systems and principles and the ability too provide leadership and support to staff working at community level
- Design, facilitation and presentation skills
- Numeracy and the ability to interpret data, in order to provide management support to programming and budgetary processes including planning, monitoring and reporting.
