Job Title : Senior Manager Business System Support (1 POST)
Reporting Line : Chief Manager Systems Support Database Administration
Location : Head Office
Work Schedule : As per TPB Staff regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems from any recognized University or equivalent
• At least 3 years in systems analysis, design and computer programming in Java, ASP.NET, Visual Basic and PHP
• Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems is essential especially Sybase will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Banking and accounting systems especially Equinox will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of operating system such as Windows Operating Systems, UNIX and LINUX
• Knowledge of IT security and system audit will be an added advantage
• Ability to understand complex database systems
• Customer care skills
• Strong knowledge of system analysis and work flow management
• Strong organizational & time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Sound knowledge of documentation procedures, programming procedures and methods and program flow charts
• Leadership and Team building
• Strategic focus and managing system change
• Problem solving and decision making

Job Title : Senior Manager Hardware and Network Infrastructure (1 POST)
Reporting Line : Chief Manager Hardware Data Communications
Location : Head Office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree/ Advanced Diploma Computer Science, Information Technology and Telecommunication Science or engineering
• 3-5 years experience in ICT field, solid experience in network systems installation, configuration and support
• Experience of working with Linux/UNIX, Ms Windows Servers and workstations environments and Office automation applications
• Added skills and certifications MCSE and Linux, CCNA
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software
• Prioritize tasks and organization
• Can work independent at minimal supervision
• Adherence to the regulations and company policies
• Team player
