CARGO SALES & SERVICES OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
- "A" level or equivalent
- Fluent in English, Swahili and Arabic
- Written, verbal communication and organization skills

EXPERIENCE
- 4 years commercial experience in the Airline industry, Freight forwarding (Air Freight or Sea Freight) background will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Airline operating environment and principles
- Knowledge of operations and sales procedure

SPECIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of airline cargo industry practices
- Knowledge of cargo reservation procedures in Airlines
- Selling techniques -preferable
- Sales behavioral training  -Advantage
