 CARE Tanzania seeks to recruit qualified Tanzanian nationals for the position Program Officers for Improved maternal and Reproductive Health Program in Tabora and Power Program Initiative Manager in Moshi. PROGRAM OFFICERS (3 POSTS)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Community Development, Social work, education or related field,
- Working experience of at least two years in community development
- Practical experience in application of participatory approaches and tools
- Skills and experience in building partnership and commitment to program initiatives objectives
- Training and facility skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Gender analysis in rural communities

PROGRAM INITIATIVE MANAGER (1 POST)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree preferably in marketing;
- 4 years working experience in related development field out of which at least one year of supervisory responsibility
- Demonstrated strategic planning skills,
- Organizational and management skills
- Ability in financial management
- Facilitation and capacity building skills
- Quick analytical mind
- Partnership building skills
- Experience in working for USAID funded programs is an added advantage
