SPEDAG is seeking to recruit well motivated and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position :
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:-
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- Qualification in Management is and added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications
- At least 2-3 years experience in an HR role
- Proven ability to handle staff matters
- Should be mature person, self driven, assertive, confident and objective
- Experience leading teams with proven ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Fluent speaking and write in both languages English and Swahili
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field
- A Diploma/ Certificate in Inventory are added advantage
- Qualification in Management is and added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications
- At least 2-3 years experience in managing warehouse with proven/ demonstrable achievements
- Proven ability to handle conflict and pressure
- Should be mature person, self driven, assertive, confident and objective
- Experience leading teams with proven ability to take initiative and responsibility
- Fluent speaking and write in both languages English and Swahili
