Public Service Pensions Fund (PSPF) is a social security institution established under the Public Service Retirement Benefits Act No. 2 of 1999. The core objective of the Fund is to provide for contributions to and other benefits to its qualifying members.

The Fund's mission is to provide competitive social security services to its members in the most efficient and effective manner using dedicated staff and appropriate technology. In order to efficiently carry out this mission and therefore achieve its objectives, the Fund is looking for suitably qualified Tanzanian's to fill vacant positions at its Headquarters and Regional Offices. The Fund is looking for highly committed, energetic, trustworthy, enthusiastic, young talents and quick learners who are willing to work beyond their call of duty at any place in the country.

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Human Resources Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Public Administration or Human Resources Management 
- At least 5 years working experience in the field of Human Resources Management
- Candidate must be computer literate and have passed proficiency of Master's Degree Human Resources Officers. Possession of Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or Public Administration will be an added advantage

SENIOR RESEARCH OFFICER ( 1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Planning and Research Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Actuarial science or Mathematics
- At least 5 years experience in the field of research

SENIOR PLANNING OFFICER (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Planning and Research Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's Degree in Economic or Statistics
- At least 5 years experience in the field of economic planning

PROCUREMENT OFFICER GRADE II (2 POSTS)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Procurement Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in procurement and supplies Management. Possession of Certified and Supplies Professional (CPSP) qualification will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be computer literate

OPERATIONS OFFICERS GRADE  II (6 POSTS)

Location : Any Upcountry Regional Office
Reporting to : Regional Officer-In-Charge

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in social protection, actuarial science, accountancy or finance management.
- Candidate must be computer literate

COMPLIANCE OFFICERS GRADE II (2 POSTS)
Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Regional Officer-In-Charge

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in social protection, actuarial science, accountancy or finance Management

FINANCE OFFICER GRADE II (3 POSTS)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Finance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in accounting or finance.
- Candidates must be computer literate

FINANCE OFFICER GRADE II - TAX MATTERS (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Finance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Tax Administration, Accounting or Finance. Possession of a CPA (T) will be an added advantage
- Candidates must be computer literate

RISK ANALYST GRADE II (1 POSTS)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Actuarial Services and Risk Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification in risk Management or Insurance
- Candidates must be computer literate

LEGAL OFFICER GRADE II (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Legal Services Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors Degree in Laws from a recognized institution and registered as an Advocate
- Candidates must be computer literate

INFORMATION'S SYSTEMS AUDITOR GRADE II (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Internal Audit Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Accounting or its equivalent with Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) qualification coupled with three (3) years experience

REGISTRY ASSISTANT GRADE II (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Legal Services Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- National Form IV certificate with at least 3 credits, two of which must be Kiswahili and English with a certificate in records management from a recognized institution.
- Candidate with at least one year work experience in the field of records management will have added advantage
- Candidates must be computer literate

PERSONAL SECRETARY (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Administrative Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Form IV certificate with an Ordinary Diploma in Secretarial studies from a recognized learning institution.
- Candidates must have good communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office

TELEPHONE OPERATOR/ RECEPTIONIST (1 POST)

Location : Headquaters, Dar es Salaam
Reporting to : Administrative Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Form IV Certificate passes in English and Kiswahili
- Candidate must be posses a certificate in Telephone/ Front Office Operations from a recognized training institution and must be computer literate

DRIVERS -CUM-OFFICE ASSISTANTS (6 POSTS)
 Location : Any Upcountry Regional Office
Reporting to : Regional Officer-In-Charge

QUALIFICATION
- Holder of Form IV certificate and a Valid Class "C" Driving License coupled with three (3) years proven driving experience. In addition, the candidate must possess a Trade Test Grade III in Motor Vehicles Mechanics and a Certificate in Motor Vehicles Driving

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS
Age limit : Not above 45 years

Remuneration : Salary and fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates as per the Fund's Salary structure and incentive package

Terms : Pensionable
